easy beef pho bowl - 3/4 lb 1-inch thick, boneless beef top sirloin, 2 cups fresh bean sprouts, 2 green onions, sliced diagonally, 4 radishes, thinly sliced, 1 small red finger hot pepper, thinly sliced, 1 small serrano pepper, thinly sliced, fresh cilantro, fresh thai basil, lime wedges, 1 carton (32 oz) culinary tours beef flavored pho broth, 6 oz thin rice noodles place steak on a flat plate and cover with plastic wrap, freeze 15 minutes; Carve into very thin slices. Arrange toppings of bean sprouts, green onions, radishes, hot red and serrano peppers, cilantro, basil and lime wedges on a large platter. Bring broth to boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to simmer, add rice noodles; Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove noodles from broth with tongs, leaving broth in saucepan. Divide noodles into 4 serving bowls. Separate beef slices; Divide into bowls with noodles. Return broth to boil, remove from heat; Ladle evenly over beef and noodles in bowls. Serve toppings with beef and noodle pho broth bowls. Makes 4 servings.
