Microwave: Microwave Oven (1200 W): 1. Place 6 frozen quiches in a circle on a microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel. 2. Heat on high tor 1 minute. Heating Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen quiches. 1 inch apart. On a parchment paper lined baking tray. 3. Heat on middle oven rack for 14-16 minutes. Double up on great taste! Keep product frozen until ready to prepare. Remove all packaging. Do not heat in plastic tray.
