Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Onions*, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean And Cottonseed Oil, Turkey Broth, Hydrolyzed Corn & Soy Protein, Yeast, Celery*, Chicken Fat, Whey (from Milk), Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Flavor, Soy Lecithin, Parsley*, Spices, Sugar, Disodium Inosinate And Disodium Guanylate, Caramel (color), Torula Yeast, Turmeric (color), Calcium Propionate (preservative).
Directions
Top of the Stove: 1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1-1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine to a boil (melt butter/margarine completely). 2. Stir in contents of stuffing mix pouch. 3. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Microwave: 1. In a 1-1/2 quart microwave safe bowl, mix contents of stuffing mix pouch with 1-1/2 cups hot water and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces. 2. Cover, and microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes. 3. Fluff with fork and serve. Caution: Bowl will be hot. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. In-the-Bird Preparation: 1. Prepare stuffing by heating 1-2/3 cups hot water and 1/2 stick butter or margarine (melted). Stir in contents of stuffing mix pouch. Do not stuff bird until ready to roast. 2. Rinse poultry with cold water. Pat dry, salt lightly. 3. Stuff cavities with prepared stuffing (using approximately 3/4 cup per pound of bird). Mix with one or more of the following ingredients to create a personalized dish: chopped nuts, water chestnuts, diced cooked ham, crumbled bacon, sauteed mushrooms, cooked corn drained, sliced cooked sausage, diced apple, chopped cooked giblets, sauteed green pepper.
