So easy! Pick your veg. Season. Cook. Enjoy! For Broccoli Florets: Microwave on high 2 minutes or until desired texture. For Cauliflower Florets: Microwave on high 4 minutes or until desired texture. For Green Beans: Cut into 1-inch pieces, microwave on high 5 minutes or until tender. For Cauliflower Rice: Microwave on high 3 minutes or until desired texture. For Frozen Vegetables: Microwave according to package directions. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven.
