Breading suggestions - seafood and cutlets: dip seafood or cutlets into slightly beaten egg or milk, then coat with weis quality italian bread crumbs. Put into pan and fry slowly allowing a few minutes for each side to brown to desired finish. Poultry: dip chicken parts into beaten egg or milk, then coat with weis quality italian bread crumbs. Repeat if thicker breading is desired. Fry breaded chicken parts with corn or vegetable oil in a frying pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
