Long Grain Parboiled Brown Rice, Raisins, Sugar, Dried Coconut, Salt, Cream Powder, Dried Red Bell Pepper, Dried Onion, Less Than 1% Of: Spices, Natural Flavor, Maltodextrin, Modified Corn Starch, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions
Try topping with additional toasted coconut or sliced avocado. Ingredients Needed: 2-3/4 cups water; 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cooking Directions: Combine water, olive oil, rice and seasoning packet in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Boil: Bring to boil, then cover and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking, covered, for 35 minutes or until water is fully absorbed and rice is tender. Fluff rice and serve. Rice Cooker Preparation: Combine the water, olive oil, rice and seasoning packet in a rice cooker. Mix well and cook per rice cooker directions. Fluff rice with fork and serve. Microwave (1100-watt microwave) Preparation: In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine the water, oil, rice and seasoning packet. Mix well. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes, then 15 minutes at 50% power until most of the water is absorbed. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with fork and serve.
