Brownie s'mores - 1 package (18.3 oz) brownie mix, 1/4 cup water, 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 3-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows, 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup ready-to-spread chocolate frosting. Preheat oven to 350°f. Grease bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Stir together brownie mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in baking pan. Bake 24 to 26 minutes. Do not over bake or brownies will be dry. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows. Cover with foil and let set 5 minutes until marshmallows start to melt. Remove foil and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over marshmallows. In a small bowl, heat frosting in microwave for 15 to 20 seconds; Drizzle over graham cracker layer. Cool completely before cutting.
