OFF! FamilyCare Bite and Itch Relief, when applied soon after an insect bite, begins to work to counteract the effects of bites and stings. It contains antiseptic and provides temporary relief from irritation caused by mosquitoes, bees, wasps, ticks, hornets, ants, fire ants, deer flies, sand fleas, horse flies, and chiggers. It’s easy to use and gentle and skin. Ideal for hiking, picnics and outdoor activities. Keep out of reach of children and pets. See the label for other precautions and usage directions.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

USES: First aid to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and bums. For temporary relief of pain and itching associated with:

Insect bites

Minor bums

Minor cuts

Skin rashes due to poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac.

Read and follow all directions and precautions on this product label.

Clean the affected area. Apply a small amount of this product on the affected area while massaging with sponge tip applicator. If itching persists, apply again in 10-15 minutes.

FOR TICKS AND BEES:

Remove tick or stinger before treatment.

ADULTS AND CHILDREN 2 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER:

Apply to affected area not more than 1-3 times daily.

CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS OF AGE:

Consult a doctor.

Warnings

Stop use and ask doctor if conditions worsen, or symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. If in eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and call a physician. Do not bandage. When using this product Do not get in eyes Do not apply over large areas of the body In case of deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns consult a doctor. Do not use longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. For external use only.

- Delivery fees start at $3.99 for same-day orders over $35. Fees vary for one-hour deliveries, club store deliveries, and deliveries under $35.
- Service fees vary and are subject to change based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your cart. Orders containing alcohol have a separate service fee.
- Tipping is optional but encouraged for delivery orders. It's a great way to show your shopper appreciation and recognition for excellent service. 100% of your tip goes directly to the shopper who delivers your order.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

When an item you want is out-of-stock at the store, your shopper will follow your replacement preferences.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
