Details
Cooking instructions - bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. If desired, add 2 teaspoons of salt. Gradually add 12 oz. Of weis quality noodles to boiling water. Stir gently and return to a rapid boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes, or until desired degree of tenderness is reached. Remove from heat and drain.

noodles salmon bake - serves 4-6, 6 oz. (1/2 pkg) weis quality fine egg noodles, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 tsp. Lemon juice, 1 tsp. Instant minced onion, 1 tsp. Prepared mustard, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 cup crumbled crackers, 2 tbsp. Butter, melted. Cook noodles according to package direction. Drain. Combine liquid from salmon, soup, cheese, lemon juice, instant onion, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Mix well; Add noodles and salmon broken into chucks. Mix lightly. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix crumbled crackers with butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
