snow-capped cookies - 1 pkg refrigerated cookie dough, any flavor about 18 classic weis quality marshmallows, cut in half frosting (recipe to the right), prepare cookies according to package directions, using a rounded teaspoon of dough for each cookie. Bake according to package directions, removing cookies from oven 3 minutes before baking time is up. Remove cookies from oven and place half of a marshmallow in center of each cookie. Return to oven and bake 3 minutes longer. Cool cookies on wire racks. Drizzle with frosting (see recipe). Frosting: 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/4 cup milk, 2 tablespoons margarine, 2 cups sifted powdered sugar extra milk (optional), combine chocolate chips, 1/4 cup milk and margarine in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate chips melt. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Add more milk to frosting, if needed, for proper consistency to drizzle over cookies.
