Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Easy peel packaging: Separate film at corner and peel back to open. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), as measured by a food thermometer. For best results, follow the directions below: Conventional Oven; Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C); Remove roast from packaging and place on foil-lined tray. Cook for 1 hour or until the blue pop-up thermometer pops up and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. Remove the roast from the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes. Carefully remove pop-up thermometer and twine. Slice and serve. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
