Blanched Squid (Squid, Water, Salt), Cooked Mussel Meat (Mussel, Water, Salt), Cooked Baby Clam Meat (Baby Clam, Water, Salt), Blanched Shrimp (Shrimp, Water, Salt, Sodium Tripolyphosphate).

Directions

Thaw: Place Seafood Mix on plate and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3-4 hours. Bake (from Frozen): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place Seafood Mix on a greased baking dish. Brush with melted butter or oil and season to taste. Bake for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Broil (from Frozen): Preheat broiler. Place Seafood Mix on a greased broiler rack. Brush with melted butter or oil and season to taste. Broil 4 inches from heat for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Pan Fry (from Thawed): Dip thawed Seafood Mix in seasoned flour. Fry in 4 tablespoons of oil over medium heat until golden brown, for about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
