Heating Instructions: No air fryer needed. Appliances vary. Heating times approximate. Conventional Oven Preferred Method: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Place frozen fillets on a vegetable oil-sprayed foil-lined pan. 3. Heat product for 20-24 minutes. Flip product halfway during heating. Air Fryer: 1. Spray bottom of air fryer with a light coat of vegetable oil, if desired. 2. Arrange frozen fillets in a single layer on bottom tray. 3. Set air fryer to 300 degrees F. 4. Heat fillets for 12-14 minutes (no need to preheat air fryer). 5. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
