Always cook this product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before serving.): 1. Place paper towel on microwaveable plate. Remove Omelet Crisper from bag and place on paper towel. 2. Microwave on High for 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn product over and microwave an additional 1 minute 30 seconds on High. 3. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Conventional Oven (Due to differences in microwaves and ovens, cook time and temperature settings may vary. Always cook this product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before serving.) (Recommended): 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Remove Omelet Crisper from bag and place on baking sheet, on middle oven rack. 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flip product over and bake an additional 10-12 minutes. 4. Carefully remove from oven and let stand 1 minute before serving.
