Onion, Salt, Sugar, Spices (including Paprika, Black Pepper), Garlic, Green Bell Pepper, Citric Acid, And Bromelain (tenderizer).

Directions

Prep time: 5 minutes. Cook time: 45 minutes. Stand time: 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You will need: 1 pkg McCormick Cooking Bag & Seasoning Mix 1 1/2 lbs round steak, about 1/2 -to 3/4-inch thick 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce 1 cup water 2 tbsp flour. 1. Preheat oven to 350degF. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Cut steak into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle seasoning mix evenly on both sides of steak. Pierce steak with fork. Let stand 5 minutes. Place in single layer in Bag. 2. Mix tomato sauce, water and flour with whisk until smooth. Pour over steak. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape. 3. Bake in lower half of oven 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open Bag. Stir sauce and serve with steak.

Important: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
