Directions
Directions: Makes 7 servings. 1. In a bowl, mix chicken tenders with 1 tbsp. of oil. Sprinkle 2 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning on chicken and mix until evenly coated. Roast chicken in 400 degrees F oven until well done (about 20-23 min). 2. While chicken is roasting, slice vegetables into strips. In a large bowl, toss sliced vegetables with 1 tbsp. oil. Sprinkle rest of seasoning from pouch and toss until evenly coated. 3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp. oil over high heat, add vegetable mixture. Saute until vegetables are tender and slightly browned. 4. To build each taco, place chicken and vegetables on a warm tortilla and garnish with toppings. To Make Vegetarian Street Taco: Use 2 lbs. of your favorite vegetables for 1 pouch of seasoning. Saute vegetables and build taco according to above directions.
