(2) Give it o stir. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and boil uncovered for 10 minutes. while stirring occasionally, until your rice Is tender. Microwave Directions: In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups water, 1 Tbsp, olive oil and contents of package. Microwave uncovered of high 12 minutes (Microwave ovens vary: adjust times as needed. Directions above developed in a 1200 watt microwave oven) or until your rice is tender, stirring once halfway through cooking. Remove from microwave: let stand 2 minutes. Stir once more and enjoy.
