Our Story: Koils by Nature was founded by Pamela J. Booker a science graduate and a US army veteran from Beaufort, South Carolina, who is incredibly passionate about healthy hair care after transitioning into her own natural hair in 2007. She was driven by the need to provide comparatively affordable natural hair and skin products that are organically based. The healing property of the candelua is excellent for those with sensitive skin & rosehips rich in vitamins A, C, D, E. Aqua (Distilled Water) Infused with Organic Calendula Officinalis (Calendula Flower) and Organic Rosa Canina (Rosehips), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera Leaf Juice), Coos Nucifera (Coconut Oil), Potassium Hydroxide, Olea Europaea (Olive Oil), Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed Oil), Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Sorbic Acid, Benzoic Acid, Phenethyl Alcohol, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree Leaf Oil).

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
