Directions
Thawing Shrimp: Refrigerator: Remove shrimp from bag and place in container in the refrigerator for 8 hours or until completely thawed. Gently rinse in a colander. Quick Thaw: Place shrimp in a colander in the sink and gently run cold water over the shrimp until thawed (5-10 minutes). After thawing store in refrigerator and continue within 2 days. Cooking Techniques: Boiling: Add 2 quarts of salted water to a large pot. Add desired seasoning (salt, pepper, shrimp boil, lemon halves, celery, onion, garlic). Add thawed shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes or when shrimp turns opaque. Drain through a colander. To chill; spread out on a sheet pan in the refrigerator. Sauteing: Heat oil or butter in a saute pan. Add thawed peeled & deveined shrimp. Season with salt, pepper & deveined shrimp. Season with salt, pepper and your favorite spices or herbs (Optional: Minced shallots, garlic, lemon juice). Cook for 3-5 minutes depending on size of shrimp and temperature of pan or until shrimp turn opaque. Grilling: Start with a hot clean grill (500-600 degrees). Thread thawed peeled & deveined shrimp on metal or pre-soaked wooded skewers. Marinate or season with salt, pepper, garlic, spices and/or herbs. Lightly coat with oil if not marinated. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until opaque. Keep frozen store at 0 degrees F. Thaw before cooking.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
