Microwave on 70% power for 6-7 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes: Carefully remove film as steam may be hot. Enjoy! Since appliances vary, theses instructions are guidelines only. Cooking times are based on 1200W microwave. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145 degrees F. Preparation Instructions: Cook from frozen. Do not cook in oven.
