1. Put on. Apply GLEEM whitening strips for 60 minutes.
2. Turn on. Press buttons on sides to turn on light. Use GLEEM light for the last 5 minutes of your treatment.
3. Smile on. Remove light and strips to reveal visibly whiter teeth.

1. This is not a toy. Keep the device and the whitening strips out of reach of children and pets.
2. Not recommended for use by persons under the age of 18.
3. Do not swallow the plastic strip.
4. Avoid eye contact. Rinse eyes thoroughly with water if gel comes in contact with them. Handle strips with dry hands.
