snickerdoodle koo-kies ice cream cake serves 8 - all you need - 5 cups hy-vee snickerdoodle koo-kies cereal, 3/4 cup hy-vee butter, melted 1 container (1.75 qt) butter pecan ice cream, softened (10 to 15 minutes), 1 tub (8 oz) hy-vee whipped topping, thawed, 8 pecan halves, optional hy-vee caramel syrup, optional all you do - 1. In food processor or blender, pulse cereal until finely ground. Transfer to large bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping. 2. Add melted butter. Using large spatula, mix crumbs and butter until well combined. Press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan. Use bottom of measuring cup to help compact crust on bottom and sides of pan. 3. Smooth softened ice cream evenly onto crust. Sprinkle reserved cereal crumbs on top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. 4. When ready to serve, place whipped topping in piping bag fitted with large star tip. Pipe around edges. If desired, garnish with pecan halves by evenly placing on top of whipped topping. Slice into wedges and, if desired, drizzle with caramel sauce. Tip: try vanilla, cinnamon or salted caramel ice cream in place of butter pecan ice cream. - Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
