Directions
Bake: You will need:
4 Tbsp. water, divided
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) butter, softened, divided
1. Heat oven to 375 Degrees F. Beat blue cookie mix, 2 Tbsp. softened butter and 2 Tbsp. water in a medium mixing bowl with a hand mixer until dough forms. Repeat with purple cookie mix and remaining 2 Tbsp. butter and water. Freeze doughs 20 min.
2. Roll each batch of chilled dough into a 12-inch log; place, side by side, on floured work surface, then tightly twist logs together. Roll to form rope.
Break off 6 small rectangles of white chocolate bar, then break each small rectangle in half. Reserve remaining white chocolate for later use.
3. Form dough into 12 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. dough for each ball; flatten each ball into 2-inch round. Place 1 square of white chocolate on center of each round. Mold dough around chocolate to completely enclose chocolate; place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake 12 to 13 min. or until puffed in centers and set around the edges. Cool 5 min. Before transferring cookies to wire racks.
4. Microwave reserved white chocolate bar in microwaveable bowl on high 1 min. or until completely melted, stirring after 30 sec. Drizzle over warm cookies; top with pink sprinkles.
