Bake: You Will Need:

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened

1 egg

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 Degrees F. Beat butter, egg and chocolate cookie mix with hand mixer until blended. Freeze 15 min. Meanwhile, break off 6 small rectangles from white chocolate bar, then break each small rectangle in half. Reserve remaining chocolate for later use. Reserve 1 Tbsp. chocolate cookie crumbs for later use; pour remaining chocolate cookie crumbs into shallow dish. Must cook for food safety; do not consume raw dough.

2. Scoop chilled cookie dough into 12 mounds, using 1 Tbsp. dough for each mound; flatten into 2-inch round. Place 1 piece of white chocolate on the center of each round. Mold dough around chocolate to completely enclose chocolate.

3. Roll in chocolate cookie crumbs in shallow dish; place on parchment-covered baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cookies are puffed and set around the edges. Cool 5 min. Transfer to wire racks. Caution! Centers will be hot.

4. Microwave reserved white chocolate bar in microwaveable bowl on high 1 min. or until melted, stirring after 30 sec.; drizzle over warm cookies. Top with reserved chocolate cookie crumbs. Do not microwave chocolate in package. Caution! Melted chocolated will be hot.

Note: The melted white chocolate will harden as it sits.

Make Drizzling Easy: Spoon the melted white chocolate into a small sandwich-size resealable plastic bag. Cut a small corner off the bag, then use to drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies.
