Made with organic rice flour. No GMOs - Genetically engineered ingredients. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Dunk them in coffee, tea or milk and eat them plain. Any way you eat them they're delicious. The word biscotti means twice baked; and that's what we do at Amy's - bake them once and then again to make them firm and crunchy and bring out their best flavor. Biscotti originated in Italy, many centuries ago. Christopher Columbus was so fond of biscotti that he took barrels of them on board for the sailors on their long voyage to the New World. Since then they have shown up all over the globe wherever coffee drinkers commonly gather to dunk and drink and talk. Common as biscotti are, Amy's biscotti are not common. Made with a careful blend of gluten free ingredients, they come in two delicious flavors: chocolate and orange - each crunchy and great tasting. Now everybody can dunk, drink and enjoy! 0 g trans fat. No added MSG. No preservatives. No GMOs - no bioengineered ingredients. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
