Instructions: Simply place an open can of beer your favorite beverage into the center and place chicken over the can. Cook your chicken with indirect cooking. Charcoal Grills: Arrange coals away from the food, so that the juices from the food will not reach the coals, reducing flare-ups. Place a foil drip pan in the middle of the fire-box and mound the coals around the pan. Ensure the pan is large enough to cover the surface below the food. For safety, use long handled tongs. Gas or Electric Grills: Follow manufacturer's directions for indirect cooking. For units with 2 or more burners, one burner should be turned off after preheating. Food should be placed over the unlit (off) burner. For units with 1 burner, set the burner to the lowest setting available. Cooking times range between 1-2 hours depending on the heat source and the size of the chicken. Use a meat thermometer to determine when meat is cooked thoroughly.
Use & Care: Hand wash with warm soapy water and rinse. Dry completely with a soft cloth or allow to air dry.
Warnings
Heat Warning: Chicken roasting rack and beer can may become hot during usage. Use of aramid grilling gloves or a heavy duty oven mitt is recommended.
