Frying Pan: Put the deep frozen fish in a pan with hot oil. Fry at medium heat for 5-8 minutes. Turn fish over several time. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer and cook for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees F. Please ensure food is cooked thoroughly to a minimum core temperature of 165 degrees F before serving. These instructions are guidelines only; cook times may vary depending on oven or air fryer model. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Oven: Put the baking tray on the top rail and preheat the oven at 450 degrees F. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. Put the fish sticks onto the baking tray and bake them for 15-17 minutes. Although extra care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
