Microwave Cooking: For proper food safety and quality, follow cooking directions and assure that product reaches 160 degrees F and do not eat product without cooking. Do not allow product to thaw. Cooking times may vary due to differences in microwave ovens. 1. Place tray in microwave oven; do not remove or slit film. Microwave on High for 5 minutes (6 1/2 mins for small or compact microwave oven). 2. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Pull back film. Stir green beans and spoon gravy over meatloaf. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove tray using handles. Oven Cooking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place tray on cookie sheet (do not remove or slit film). Place cookie sheet on center rack of oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 1-2 minutes. Carefully remove film and stir. Do not use in toaster oven. Caution: Product will be hot.
