Safe Handling Instructions: Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water before and after handling salmon. Keep raw salmon separated from other food. Wash cutting boards, dishes, utensils, and counter tops with soap and hot water between the preparation of salmon and other cooked or ready-to-eat foods.
Cooking Instructions: Grit Preheat grill. Season salmon with salt and pepper, olive oil and other seasonings to enhance taste. Grill portion for 2 minutes then turn and finish on the other side for 6-8 minutes (until internal temperature of 145 degree F). Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degree F. Remove salmon portion horn tray, season to taste and place on a non-stick or foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until salmon is cooked thoroughly (until internal temperature of 145 degree F) and reaches a flakey texture. Microwave: Cut top film remove or fold to the side. Drain excess liquid. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes (until internal temperature of 145degree F). Tray may be very hot, careful when removing from microwave oven. Although we have made our best efforts on removing all bones, small pieces may remain
Keep frozen until use thaw under refrigeration before use. Storage & Thawing Instructions: Storage Instructions: To enjoy its premium quality, keep the salmon frozen until ready to prepare. Once defrosted, store portions in refrigerator at 38 degree F and consume within two days. Do not re-freeze product once thawed. Thawing Instructions: Once salmon is removed from the freezer, allow portions to thaw in refrigerator for 8-10 hours or immerse in ice cold water for 45 minutes or until defrosted.
