Each fillet is coated in our peppercorn garlic rub, then flame-seared to lock in flavor, thinly sliced, and vacuum packed for impeccable freshness. 1. Remove from vacuum pack Tor and place in refrigerator to thaw. 2. Thaw approximately 3-5 hours. 3. Plate and serve. Pairs well with a soy sauce and wasabi: or tossed with crisp greens and topped with ginger dressing. Enjoy!

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
