Enriched Durum Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Monitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Dried Whole Eggs

Directions

If any cavatelli are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: Stove-top Cooking: Bring to a boil 3-4 quarts of water (Salt water if desired). Add Cavatelli to boiling water. Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain carefully and serve with your favorite sauce. Microwave Cooking: Mix together 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce with 1 cup of Cavatelli. Place in a microwaveable dish and cover. Heat on High Power (100%) for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway. Let stand, covered, for 1-2 minutes before serving. Remove cover carefully as steam is hot. (Note: Microwave ovens may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly). Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.
