Powdered Sugar (Sugar, Corn Starch), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Flour (Milled Wheat, Malted Barley Flour), Non-Aluminum Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Vanilla Flavor with Other Natural Flavors, Natural Lemon Flavor with Other Natural Flavors, Salt.

Directions

Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside. Cream the butter and egg in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add 1/2 the mix packet. Mix on low until combined. Add the remainder of the mix packet, the zest of one lemon and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix on medium until well blended. Dough will be sticky. Spray hands with cooking spray or grease with oil or butter. Roll dough in hands into 48 balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place balls onto the prepared baking sheet about 1-1/2 inches apart. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes or until lightly browned. While cookies are baking place the sugar packet in a large ziploc bag. Remove cookies from the oven and place them in the ziploc bag while they are still hot. Shake until all cookies are coated. Remove the cookies from the bag then repeat the process for optimal coating. Makes 48 cookies.
