Caramel Mix: Sugar, Modified Cornstarch, Natural and Artificial Flavors (Maltodextrin, Gum Arabic, Triacetin), Carrageenan, Salt, Creamy Vanilla (Glucose, Ethyl Vanillin, Maltol), Beta Carotene, Beetroot Powder. Topping: Glucose Syrup, Caramel Coloring, Natural and Artificial Flavors (Maltodextrin, Gum Arabic, Triacetin), Creamy Vanilla (Glucose, Ethyl Vanillin, Maltol).
Directions
Recommended Preparation: Serves 4 x 1/2 cup (143g) servings. 1. Squeeze the caramel topping from the sachet into a plain 16.9fl oz (500ml) mold or into four small cups/mold. 2. Bring 16.9fl oz (500ml) of milk to almost boiling point in a large saucepan. 3. Stir in the caramel mix and boil gently for two minutes, stirring continuously. 4. Pour gently on the topping in the mold or cups, wait until it cools, then refrigerate until it sets (2-4 hours).
Store unopened in a cool dry place.
