Sugar, Bleached Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Cocoa Powder (Processed, with: Alkali), Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanillin {Artificial Flavor}), Canola Oil (Ascorbic Acid and Rosemary Added to Preserve Freshness), Cocoa Powder, Natural Vanilla Powder, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate.

Instructions:
You will need:
2 large eggs.
1 tablespoon water.
1/3 cup oil.
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Coat an 8×8×2" baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, water and oil until well-blended.
3. Stir brownie mix into egg mixture and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and batter is uniform.
4. Pour batter into pan and smooth surface.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out barely clean.
6. Let brownie cool for 15-20 minutes in pan on wire rack.
7. Cut brownie into 16 squares.
High attitude baking (above 5000 ft): add 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp all-purpose flour.
Convection oven: Reduce time 5 minutes, reduce temperature 25 degrees F.

Adding extra ingredients:
Add walnuts, pecans, almonds, dried cranberries, dried cherries, peanut butter.
Chewy chocolate cookies:
Combine 1 large egg, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp water. Add brownie mix, stir until combined. Portion dough 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees F 14-16 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Yield 16 cookies.
