MASECA® Antojitos Instant Corn Masa Flour is perfect for a wide range of traditional dishes including sopes, quesadillas, gorditas, tlacoyos, panuchos, and more. • Contains one (1) 4-pound bag of MASECA® antojitos corn masa flour
• A medium-coarse white corn masa flour, perfect for creating masa that will provide the perfect texture needed to for that special dish with a unique flavor, whether making gorditas, sopes, tlacoyos, panuchos, tlayudas, flautas, tostadas and more.
• Just mix with water and you will be ready to create delicious and homemade dishes with the authentic flavor of tradition
• A gluten free product so versatile, it lets you enjoy your favorite recipes with exceptional taste and texture
• Whole grain certified by the Whole Grains Council and Kosher certified

Directions
Instructions to Prepare Masa: In a bowl, combine Maseca Antojitos corn masa flour with water. Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes until you form a soft dough. If dough feels dry, add teaspoons of water (one by one). Keep masa in a container with lid or cover with a plastic bag. Refrigerate, if not used immediately. If masa dehydrated, add small amounts of water to recover softness.
To prepare a great variety of dishes. Gordita, sope, quesadilla, empanadas, flautas.
