Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Grill: Cooking instructions: Thaw salmon before cooking. Remove all packaging. Leave fish on pre-soaked cedar plank. Grill: Set grill for indirect grilling and heat to medium-high. Place the cedar plank with fish in the center of the grill. Cover the grill and cook until cooked through, around 20 to 30 minutes, or until liking, Keep water bottle handy to douse flames. Bake: Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place plank directly on middle oven rack. Bake until cooked through, around 25-30 minutes The internal temperature should read 145 F Appliances may vary. Adjust cooking times as necessary.
