0 g Trans fat. Approx 6 - 8 fillets. Our commitment. At Trident we know the fish we sell because we've been catching and processing our own seafood for more than a quarter of a century. When we launched our first catcher/processor, the Billikin, in 1973, it revolutionized seafood harvesting in Alaska. Since then we've become North America's largest seafood company. We've stayed close to the resource and close to our customers, delivering premium fresh-frozen seafood to the world's finest restaurants. Trident products are trusted by chefs everywhere, and we're proud to bring that same restaurant-quality seafood to your home kitchen. We'd love to hear from you!
