Directions
Thawing Instructions: Remove all plastic packaging before thawing. Do not thaw at room temperature. Rinse before use. Do not refreeze. Recommended Thawing: Thaw salmon in a covered pan in the refrigerator. The fish should thaw in 6 to 12 hours. Quick Thawing: Place in a re-closable bag and submerge in a pan of cold water (Usually 15 to 20 minutes). Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen or thawed. Remove all packaging (Including vacuum sealed wrap). Coat salmon lightly with olive oil. Grill or cook skin side up to start. Season as desired. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork or until internal temperature of 145 degrees F is reached. Pan Fry (Medium Heat): Thawed: 3-4 mins a side Frozen: 5-6 mins a side. Grilled (Medium Heat): Thawed: 3-4 mins a side Frozen: 6-7 mins a side. Oven Baked (Preheat to 400 degrees F): Thawed: 10-15 mins Frozen: 25 mins.
