(3) Cook for 7-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Grill: (1) Preheat grill to medium-high heat. (2) Cook the patties on the grill for 8-9 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
