Egg Whites, Parmesan Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Broccoli, Cream, Sea Salt, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Spices.
Contains: Egg, Milk.
Directions
Our egg bites are fully cooked. Can be enjoyed at room temperature. Microwave: Open plastic packaging slightly to vent. With egg bite in packaging, microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, until heated through. Our plastic is BPA Free. Toaster Oven: Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Remove egg bite from plastic and place in toaster oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fully heated. Skillet: Grease the skillet. Remove egg bite from plastic. Place on skillet at medium to high heat until golden brown both sides.
Keep refrigerated below 38 degrees F.
