Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a Doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop). Step 3: Cap bottle; Shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: To Make Approx: 2 fl oz bottle: 2 fl oz measure water; 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g) add powder. To Make Approx: 4 fl oz bottle: 4 fl oz measure water; 2 unpacked level scoop add powder. To Make Approx: 6 fl oz bottle: 6 fl oz measure water; 3 unpacked level scoop add powder. To Make Approx: 8 fl oz bottle: 8 fl oz measure water; 4 unpacked level scoop add powder. 1. Pull to separate scoop from inner lid. 2. Scoop powder. When finished, turn scoop upside down. 3. Place upside down scoop on hook on inner rim.
Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintained between 35 - 40 degrees F (2 - 4 degrees C). Do not use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns may result. Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store opened and unopened cans in a cook dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions.Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100 degrees F (38 degrees C), will compromise the probiotic cultures.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
