Directions
Cooking Instructions: Always cook product to an internal temperature of 165 degree F as read by a thermometer. Remove film and remove planks/fish from tray before cooking. Bake at 375 degree F. Unwrap planks and place directly on the middle oven rack. Place a sheet pan or foil on rack below to catch any excess sauce or moisture. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Grill: Preheat to medium-high (about 375 degree F). Unwrap plank and place directly on the grill rack. Close cover and cook for 17-23 minutes. Have a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups. Planks will get hot during cooking. Use tongs to remove from grill. Warning: Although great care is taken to remove them, bones may be present. Salmon is cooked when the flesh becomes firm and flaky.
Serving Suggestions: Go Classic: Serve simply with rice or mashed potatoes and fresh veggies with lemon. Go Green: Serve with a simple salad with your favorite veggies and dressing. Go Grillmaster: Serve with other grilled favorites like corn on the cob, asparagus or squash and onions. You can even garnish with grilled lemons to release the juice and caramelize the natural sugars.
