Microwave: Remove bowl from outer packaging. Pierce plastic film 3 to 4 times to vent. Microwave on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Carefully remove bowl from microwave, pull back film and stir completely, replace film. Microwave on high for an additional 1 minute. Let sit for 1 minute, carefully remove bowl from microwave, stir and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers. Cook thoroughly. Preparation Instructions: cook from frozen. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
