Directions
For food safety and quality, cook to a temp of 165 degrees F. Keep solidly frozen. Do not refreeze. This side up when microwaving. Microwave Instructions: Do not pierce or open the bag. Place this side up in the microwave. Microwave on high. For lower wattage ovens (less than 1100w), cook on high for 6 to 7 minutes or until the products reaches 165 degrees F. For higher wattage ovens (greater than 1100w), cook on high for 5 to 6 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate as the steams forms. A whistling sound may be heard as the steam escapes through the vent in the bag. After cooking, remove the bag from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. Carefully open the bag and pour vegetables from the bag. Serve and enjoy! Caution - contents are hot! Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the particular appliances used. Stove Top Instructions: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add vegetables. Reduce heat to medium. Cover. Cook 8 to 11 minutes, stirring frequently until vegetables are crisp-tender.
