Cooking instructions (for food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions.) microwave (preferred method): 1. Remove tray from carton and place in microwave with film intact. 2. Microwave on high 2:00. Carefully remove tray from microwave; peel back film. Stir well; replace film. 3. Microwave on high for additional time according to chart. Caution: troy and product can be very hot! Oven: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees f. 2. Remove tray from carton and place on baking sheet. 3. Bake 29 to 34 minutes. Caution: carefully remove film from tray, escaping steam can be very hot! Microwave wattage (microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.) 1200; 1000; 700. Time on high: :30 to 1:15; 1:15 to 2:15; 2:15 to 2:45. Do not leave microwave. Cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees f. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers.
