Dried Long Grain Rice, Dried Green And Red Pepper, Palm Oil, Dried Red Kidney Beans, Maltodextrin, Dried Sweetcorn, Tomato Powder, Ground Spices (smoked Paprika, Cumin, Cilantro, Chili Powder), Salt, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavorings (barley), Sugar, Onion Powder, Dried Garlic, Dried Herbs (cilantro, Oregano, Parsley), Paprika Color, Natural Lime Flavoring, Citric Acid, Sunflower Oil.
Directions
Preparation Instructions: On the Stove: 1. Empty the contents of this pack into a large saucepan with 1-1/4 cups of cold water and bring to the boil. 2. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the rice has absorbed the water. 3. Stand for 2 minutes. 4. Stir, serve and enjoy. Microwave: Based on an 800W/900W oven. Adjust cooking time in accordance with microwave wattage. 1. Empty the contents of this pack into a large microwaveable bowl with 1-1/4 cups of boiling water and cover loosely. 2.
