Oven Instructions: You Will Need: One pouch of coating mix, shaker bag and choice of meat: 2-1/2 pounds bone-in chicken pieces (about 6 pieces); 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast (6-8 breast); 6 to 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick). 1. Preheat: Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Mix: Pour the pouch of dry mix into the bag provided. 3. Moisten: Moisten thawed chicken or pork in water, milk and/or lightly beaten egg. Remove excess liquid. 4. Coat: Place chicken or pork in bag with batter mix. Shake until pieces are evenly coated. 5. Bake: Place meat on a non-stick baking sheet or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Follow Instructions Below: Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F; Boneless chicken: about 25-35 minutes (depending on thickness); Bone-in chicken: about 45 minutes; Cook pork until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F; Boneless or bone-in pork chops: about 25 minutes; Do not turn meat while baking. 6. (Optional) Broil: After baking for recommended time, broil chicken or pork for 5 minutes or until desired crispiness. Air Fryer: For a quick meal, cook boneless or bone-in chicken in an air fryer for 12 minutes at 360 degrees F. Discard bag and unused coating. Store in a cool, dry place.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
