Dried Long Grain Rice, Dried Red Kidney Beans, Palm Oil, Skimmed Milk Powder, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Salt, Dried Red Pepper, Yeast Extract, Coconut Milk Powder, Natural Flavorings (contains Barley, Coconut), Ground Spices Cilantro, Chili Powder, Allspice, Black Pepper), Onion Powder, Dried Garlic, Dried Thyme, Dried Jalapeno Pepper, Milk Proteins Citric Acid, Sunflower Oil.
Directions
On the stove: 1. Empty the contents of this pack into a large saucepan with 1 1/4 cups at cold water and bring to the boil. 2. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the rice has absorbed the water. 3. Stand for 2 minutes. 4. Stir, serve and enjoy. Microwave: Based on an 800W /900W oven. Adjust cooking time in accordance with microwave wattage. 1. Empty the contents of this pack into a large microwaveable bowl with 1 1/4 cups of boiling water and cover loosely. 2. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes (800W), 5 minutes (900W). 3. Stir. Re-cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes. 4. Stir, serve and enjoy.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
