Directions
1. Thoroughly mix contents of pouch with 6 cups water. 2. Evenly spread mixture into 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F on center rack for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and bubbly around edges. (Cooking time varies by oven.) 4. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. For Classic Funeral Potatoes (Shredded cheese, corn flakes and butter not included): Prepare Funeral Potatoes as directed above. After baking, remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Combine 2 tbsp melted butter with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and sprinkle evenly over cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
