Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Catalina Croquettes. Fry the Croquettes for 5 minutes. Let product set for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature reached should be 158 degrees F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time.
Keep frozen.
